These projects involve working with owners, architects and general contractor to design the electrical system. We produce a full construction set of CAD electrical plans for submittal to the local building department. When the permits are approved we then install the electrical as per the plans. This provides a complete electrical project from design stage to occupancy completion.

Past design build projects include retail stores, churches, restaurants, office buildings, medical buildings, site and parking lot lighting, industrial buildings, packing sheds and warehouses.

We are able to give cost estimates and projections at the pre construction stage and advise on appropriate lighting applications and switchgear requirements for each specific project.
